The next trail day in 50 Acre Wood is going to be Saturday 4 September. We'll be doing some surfacing on the section of trail up the West side of the wood, after the first climb, to get it ready for winter.

Meet at 11.00 at the Squeeze Stile by the entrance to the trail. We'll be out until about 4pm if you want to arrive later - ring my mobile (0771 265 0857) for directions.

Hopefully it'll be drier than it's been recently, but sturdy shoes with grippy soles are still a great idea, as well as some food and water if you're staying out all day. We should have enough tools for everyone, but if you want to bring your own spade you'd be welcome.
